Andres holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master degree in Urban Planning at McGill University. His exceptional qualifications in Geographic Information Sciences (GIS) and research interest in Planning Support Systems have become advantageous for the Transportation and Communnity Planning expertise our company strives. At P2P, he has applied his skills on traffic impact analysis, transportation modeling and simulation, parking studies and public participation inniatives at several locations across Canada. He also has solid international experience in the Transportation Construction industry, including Latin America.

Veronique is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Urban Planning at McGill University, in Montreal, Quebec.  Her academic background is in Political Science, in which she holds an honors degree with a minor in Liberal Arts. Ms. Dryden is a recipient of the McGill Graduate Studies Fellowship, as well as the Social Science and Humanities Research Council of Canada Fellowship.  Ms. Dryden has extensive volunteer experience including teaching english as a second language to new immigrants, working in a women's shelter in Montreal, and logisital organization of an initiative of the Canadian International Development Agency in Guyana, South America.  Recently, she has worked with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority in New York City. Veronique is interested in a wide variety of issues related to urban planning including energy issues and energy efficiency, green building, sustainable community development, post-disaster sustainable building and international development.

Federico is currently pursuing a Master in Urban Planning at McGill University. He holds a bachelor degree in economics and business administrator. Federico has served as Executive Director to the Costa Rican Chamber of Information and Communication Technologies (CAMTIC) and Institutional Strengthening Advisor for the Inter American Development Bank (IADB). He worked also as a journalist and technology section coordinator for a leading Central American business magazine. Federico’s most recent jobs have included research in household energy consumption and government imposed charges on new residential development. His researh interest line up with urban governance and improvement of business districts, consensus building and downtown revitalization. In a near future, Federico would like to combine planning and socioeconomic development at both local and international scales.

Gemma is presently a graduate student at the School of Urban Planning at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. Since obtaining her Master of Arts in Political Science at McMaster University in 2001, she has been working in the field of international development. Gemma has previously worked with the United Nations' World Food Programme in Managua, Nicaragua providing monitoring and evaluation support to WFP headquarters. Most recently, she was an Assistant Project Manager with Youth Challenge International in Georgetown, Guyana, providing management support for gender education programs in the rural hinterlands. Gemma aspires to combine her interests in international development with urban planning in post-war and post-disaster situations in developing areas.
